

My guess is that the emails are being seen as spam. I can send test emails but when I try to start a campaign the report says they were sent but they are never received by my test email accounts.Īre there any logs you can provide from the terminal when emails are sent? The fact that Gophish thinks the emails have been sent means that it received a successful SMTP response from the mail server. It looks like there's two problems: Some emails aren't received and the ones that are received aren't tracked properly. Additionally, I expect that if I can send test emails from my Office365 account I should be able to conduct a campaign from it and the emails I send should be received. I was expecting that if I can send from the Gmail account, open the email and click the link to my landing page, the activity should be tracked. The template and the landing page load properly but again nothing is tracked. I thought maybe the outlook account might be a firewall issue but if I can send a test email I should be able to send an email from a campaign.Įven though I can send to one of the accounts from the Gmail when I open the email and click the link nothing is recorded. The receiving email that works is a Gmail and the receiving email that doesn't is an Outlook account. With the Gmail, I am able to send testing emails to both of the receiving emails but I can only contact one of the receiving emails from the campaign.
